To support the continuous growth of HELI’s international business and strengthen the efficiency of cross-border logistics operations in the Middle East region, HELI Middle East FZCO conducted an open recruitment and comprehensive evaluation for the 2026 International Transportation & Logistics Service Provider in accordance with the Company’s procurement and project management policies.
The results of this procurement are hereby announced as follows:

2. Scope of Procurement
The procurement scope of this project includes, but is not limited to:
- International transportation of forklifts and spare parts
- Cargo pickup and door-to-door logistics services
- Customs clearance services in JAFZA and destination countries
- Sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, international land transportation, and multimodal transport
- Warehousing coordination and regional distribution
- Handling of heavy equipment and oversized cargo
- Execution management and logistics risk control
Origin: Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai
Destinations: HELI JAFZA warehouse, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and other Middle East regions
3. Selected Supplier
Upon comprehensive evaluation by the Company’s Procurement Evaluation Committee, the following supplier has been confirmed as the final service provider for this project:

4. Contract Period and Performance Management
- The contract period shall be subject to the officially executed agreement between both parties.
- HELI Middle East FZCO will conduct stage-based performance evaluations based on the supplier’s actual operational performance, service quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.
5. Supplier Follow-up Requirements
- Submit required corporate documentation and complete contract signing within three (3) working days;
- Arrange project kick-off coordination and operational planning according to contract requirements;
- Ensure logistics services are executed in accordance with agreed timelines and compliance standards.
